Burbank is located just west of Pasco, across the Snake River Bridge on Highway 12.
Burbank is located by the mouth of the Snake River, where it joins the mighty Columbia River.

Burbank is an out lying community of the Tri-Cities, being only 12 minutes from Pasco and 25 minutes from Kennewick shopping and Richland shopping centers. The Tric-Cities are Pasco, Kennewick and Richland, Washington.

Check out noon, but can be extended if requested the day before.

   Bin 20 Dinner Resturant- 4pm until late. Stocks great local wines & entrees.
   Grizzly Bar - 5am until late

Pasco Information
The recreational activities are limitless with 300 days of sunshine, golf courses, bicycle and jogging paths along the Columbia River, baseball and soccer fields - it’s an outdoors enthusiast's dream!
     Sacejawea Park and Interpretive Center- Lewis and Clark

     Franklin County Museum Located in the former Pasco Carnegie Library Building, the museum presents displays relating to agriculture, railroading, river and air transportation and local history.   
     Also featured are artifacts of the Spokane, Wanapum, Yakima, Umatilla, Nez Perce, Palouse and Waiilattpu Indians.   
     Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 12pm to 4pm. Admission is free but donations are welcomed.

Railroad Museum
      About 1879 the Northern Pacific Railway made Pasco ( just across the river from Burbank) a division point on its transcontinental crossing the west. The arrival of the railroad was instrumental in bringing a rush of settlers to the Washington Territory, which led to statehood on November 11, 1889.
