Paul Sullivan; affectionately known as the "Goose Guru" or "Waterfowl Master."  He has been a Professional Waterfowl Outfitter for more than thirty years. Since he was eight years old he has hunted waterfowl and studied their habits. The love of flight lead him to his degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Washington.
        He has earned his titles "Goose Master and Waterfowl PH" from 35 years of hunting and studying waterfowl.This helped him develop his "Paul's Ponds-Greenheads only" exclusive duck hunting.
He has achieved great success by fine-tuning every aspect of the 'hunt', using his custom equipment to bring success to his hunters. Paul has turned raw sand into a green oasis (Emerald Farms) which is also provides fantastic habitat and a refuge for wildlife. His arms provide resting ground for migratory and upland birds and some breeding grounds too for all kinds of wildlife. Paul strives to preserve our hunting heritage and our resources by his efforts and by supporting many conservation groups.

He is the featured waterfowl speaker at the Washington State Sportsman Show annually. He also enjoys judging calling contest.

Over the years, Burbank Guide Service has become known as Washington State's Premier Professional Guide Service, because of his attention to detail and excellent management techniques which has brought consistent success to clients since 1977. Little advertising is needed, because 90-95% plus of his clients are repeat customers. The number of hunters are limited each year to retain the quality and yet Burbank Goose still sells out well in advance. Paul is a popular sports show speaker and has been featured on many TV shows, Tapes and CD's, plus in many waterfowl magazines. He has received numerous awards from Ducks Unlimited and other conservation groups for his generous support.

Paul also enjoys the challenge of traditional bow hunting. He has taken his Stick and String to Alaska, Argentina, New Zealand , Canada and the Pacific NW in pursuit of the birds, deer, elk or what ever else moves that is good to eat.
Paul has been married to Suzanne for over 40 years, has 3 children and 9 grand girls. (Yes no boys...God must have quite a sense of humor!) See Paul with his 8 Grand Girls!

Jordan Bowell; His passion for hunting has provided consistent hunts for all of his clients. Clients continually compliment him for providing such enjoyable outings and his ability to put birds in their face. He can make his calls talk real goose language, that will bring them in. He is a real "Goose Getter" (an accomplished guide) and prefers taking them when they're "backwinging."
He organized the first couple Washington State Goose Calling Contests, which now occurs every year. He has competed and placed in numerous calling contests.
